For MFRL employees with Outlook Exchange. This is everyone that regularly attend the Management Meetings, plus Virginia.

Log into your email account using the Microsoft Outlook Web App browser interface

Once OWA loads, click Options at the top right of your screen, just below your name.

From the Options menu, click Set Automatic Replies

You will now see the Set Automatic Replies interface.

Note that:

There is a Reply setting section for emails received from MFRL addresses (internal), and a Reply setting section for emails received from external email accounts.


For MFRL employees with Rackmail. This is everyone that doesn’t have Outlook Exchange

Log into your email account using the Rackspace Webmail browser interface

Once Rackspace Webmail loads, click the three bar, “hamburger” icon at the top right of your screen, next to your email address.

From this menu, click Settings

Go to the Incoming Mail section

You will now see the Auto-Reply tab.
