Three Party Calling
The other two parties may be internal extensions or external numbers.
- Call one party in normal fashion. Tell them to stay on the line, as you are initiating a conference call.
- Press the "Conf" or Conference Soft Key (Soft keys are the ones that are labeled by the phone's screen).
- This will put the first party on hold
- Dial second party. Let the call connect, and chat with second party, privately, if you wish.
- Press the Conference Soft Key again. All parties are now connected in a conference call.
To end the conference call, press the End Call Soft Key. All parties are disconnected.

Outside callers can enter this conference room by calling the Administration Line, and dialing 501 during the auto-answer message. It's also possible to transfer callers to x501. This room is available all of the time, and is unmoderated. No setup or parameters are involved.
Meet Me Conference Room
Each user with their own, dedicated extension has their own conference room. The benefits of Meet Me conference rooms are that there are no "room conflicts"; your room is always available for your use. There are also more settings and features available.
One Time Setup of Your Room
- Log into your extension (accept the insecure certificate notice if it appears). Your extension password is the same as your voicemail pin, likely a four digit number.
- Go to Features > Conference Room.
- Your personal conference room is identified by a five digit number. Choose and enter a five digit number, or click the button to have one assigned to you.
- Choose your settings.
- It is recommended that you do NOT use the "Sound with Caller Name" settings, or the "be sent to an extension" settings.
- Enter your own three digit extension number as a Conference Admin. This will allow you to use the Admin Settings, if desired.
- Remember to save your settings.
Entering the Meet Me Conference Room
Attendees join the conference room by dialing x502. They are then prompted for a five digit Conference Room number. You will need to provide attendees this number before the conference. Outside callers can enter this conference room by calling the Administration Line, and dialing 502 while the auto-answer message is playing. It's also possible to transfer callers to x502. Keep in mind that each Outside attendee is using one of our limited number of phone lines.
