EMail Lists: Difference between revisions

Below are the MFRL group list addresses. Group lists should only be used by management and for work purposes only.

Add “@mfrl.org” to List Name to send a group email to that list.

mc-all	Montgomery County Employees
mc-classified	Montgomery County Classified Employees
fc-all	Floyd County Employees
bb-circ	Blacksburg Circulation Employees
cb-circ	Christiansburg Circulation Employees
fl-circ	Floyd Circulation Employees
mpl-circ	Meadowbrook Circulation Employees
lss-all	Library Services Specialist Employees
cs-all	Circulation Specialist Employees

Circulation Employees lists consist of Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Library Associate and Library Assistant positions.

The user created subject will automatically be prepended with the List Name in brackets
- An email created with a subject of Dogs Gone Wild sent to the Christiansburg Circulation Employees list will be received with a subject of [cb-staff] Dogs Gone Wild
- This feature is not currently working with Microsoft365, though further research is needed.
