Below is the hold notice send schedule. This applies to all methods of notification.

Any hold that becomes available after the day's last process time will be notified at the next day's first process batch. Therefore, any hold that is trapped after the day's last process time will need to have an extra day added to the "hold until" date written on the hold wrapper.

Holds that have TECHSERV as a pickup location are processed with CB.

PHONE and TXT notices are not sent on days we are closed. eMail notices, due to the Sirsi interface, are sent on closed days but the "pick up by" date is properly adjusted (as if trapped / notified next open day).
