A report is sent at 8AM daily when one or more hotspots are overdue. At this time, they should be deactivated.
- Question: How / when to reactivate; how will staff know to do this?
When the Hotspot Overdue report is received:
- Look up Hotspot in Workflows by copying Item ID from report and pasting into "Item Search and Display"
- Verify status of item (is it still overdue?)
T-Mobile
- Log in to your account at T-Mobile and navigate to Subscriber Management.
- Look up by Copy Number or Item ID
- Check the checkbox for that unit's row
- Click the Suspend/Restore box, which is above the device list.
