Draft

A report is sent at 8AM daily when one or more hotspots are overdue. At this time, they should be deactivated.

  • Question: How / when to reactivate; how will staff know to do this?

When the Hotspot Overdue report is received:

  • Look up Hotspot in Workflows by copying Item ID from report and pasting into "Item Search and Display"
    • Verify status of item (is it still overdue?)

T-Mobile

  • Log in to your account at T-Mobile and navigate to Subscriber Management.
  • Look up by Copy Number or Item ID
  • Check the checkbox for that unit's row
  • Click the Suspend/Restore box, which is above the device list.
