Initiating Conference Calls

This is how to initiate three party calling.

While on a call with one party:

• Press the "Conf" or Conference Soft Key (Soft keys are the ones that are labeled by the phone's screen).
  • This will put the caller on hold
• Dial number of desired third party. Let the call connect, and chat with party number three, privately, if you wish.
• Press the Conference Soft Key again. All parties are now connected in a conference call

The phone system does have the ability to conference more than three parties using "conference rooms". Speak with your systems administrator for more information.
