Lost-Claim replacing a lost item instead of a payment

Please add the following instructions to the User Claims Lost procedure. If the patron has provided a replacement item with the same ISBN instead of payment, set the Payment type to CANCEL and click Pay Now. Add notes to the patron's account explaining the replacement and fill out a Receipt for Payment form. Give the new item to our branch supervisor for processing. Remember to also make a note in our cancel/forgiven log for fines over $5.00.
