How to change email passwords

Exchange

This section applies to Management.

If you

  • Go to cp.rackspace.com/usercp

Will need to change PW on desktop (outlook), cell phones, etc

  • At least 8 characters long
  • At least 3 of the following:
    • one lowercase letter
    • one uppercase letter
    • one number
    • one non-alphanumeric (!, $, #, %, space, etc)

RackMail:

Maybe also a comment for those with both RackMail and Outlook
