There are two nagging issues with Dex - these may or may not be related.

Location Conv Fees Error

Timeout message. You may need to scroll down to see this.

1. A Location Conv Fees Error that shows in the top right corner of the screen.
2. A Timeout message immediately after initiating a transaction. You might need to scroll down to see this message.

What can I do?

• Try a fallback swipe:
  • Click the Retry button (shown above) ... about three times
  • A "Fallback" message will show:
    • 
  • Click YES
  • Try Swiping the card, or click "Insert" again and try that method.

• If the above doesn't resolve the problem, Reboot the computer.
  • Try again

Then what?
